Shipping policy

1. Shipping Within Pakistan

  • All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery Time: 5 – 7 working days for major cities, and 7 – 10 working days for other areas.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000.

  • A flat Rs. 200 delivery charge applies to orders below Rs. 5,000.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure availability to receive the parcel and keep the exact amount ready.

  • Repeated order refusals may result in restriction of COD service for future purchases.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified.

  • Any delay due to weather or courier issues will be communicated promptly.

5. International Shipping
