Exchange Policy

At Zirotti, we want you to fall in love with your pair — the design, the comfort, and the fit.
If your selected size doesn’t fit perfectly, we’re happy to exchange it for you.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests can be made within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Exchanges are only possible for size issues — design or article changes are not allowed.

  • Customers are required to bear the delivery charges for the exchange shipment.

Exchange Process

  1. Inform us about the issue and share your Order Number & Tracking Number.

  2. Send a video proof on WhatsApp showing the item is unused and in original packaging.

  3. Our rider will visit within 5–7 days, collect the old item, and deliver the new one at the same time.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure the parcel remains undamaged during return transit.

  • Articles purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange.

  • Claims made after the 3-day period will not be accepted.

Return Policy

Every pair at Zirotti goes through a detailed quality check before dispatch.
However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, you can request a return.

Return Conditions

  • You must inform us of any damage or defect on the same day you receive your parcel.

  • Return requests are valid for up to 3 days after delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and packed in its original packaging.

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products — not for size issues.

Return Process

  1. Visit your nearest PostEx office and return the parcel to Zirotti.

  2. Email us at support@zirotti.com or contact our support team on WhatsApp with your order number.

  3. Once we receive and verify the product, your refund will be processed within 3–4 working days.

  • Zirotti reserves the right to decline a request if the returned item shows any signs of wear, damage, or use.
